These guys were total morans. They should have their badges taken away for being ediots. Lets attack a gator with a towel. Thats a brilliant idea. You know, I actually feel sorry for the gator. It was minding its own business not attacking anyone until these cops try to play Crocodile Hunter and it ends up getting shot in head.

Deputy Bitten By Alligator In Apartment Complex Parking Lot
POSTED: 6:40 am EDT May 16, 2008
UPDATED: 7:50 am EDT May 16, 2008

VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. -- A Volusia County deputy got a painful lesson in what it takes to trap alligators. He was bitten while trying to wrestle an eight-foot gator at an apartment complex in Deltona.
The deputy will likely survive after the bite. He was in serious but stable condition at the hospital.
It must have felt like a night out of an Animal Planet television show for the woman who came home to the Brightside apartment complex after a long day of work and found an alligator in the parking lot.
"I pulled up in my car and I saw an alligator there," said Jaasmin Harris who found the gator.
With an eight-foot alligator right next to her car, Harris decided to sit tight for a bit. But after ten minutes of waiting for the gator to move, she called Volusia County deputies, worried the reptile might hurt someone.
"We heard cops laughing or talking or something and we happened to look over and there was a gator over there," said Carlos Martinez, an eyewitness.
The laughing quickly stopped as witnesses say the deputies moved in on the alligator with a broomstick and a towel. During the scuffle, the gator mauled one of the deputies.
"So we went over there and a few cops tried to wrestle it and one got bit on the leg," added Martinez.
"So then they decided they were gonna throw a towel on the thing and try to jump on it, and the dude that tried to jump on it got bit by the alligator," said Harris.
Even as that deputy rolled off the gator's back, witnesses say it kept coming after him. That's when one of the other deputies pulled out a gun and shot it twice in the head.
The bullets didn't actually kill the gator. A trapper came in and shot it with a bang-stick, killing the gator. The trapper said it was one of the most agile gators he'd ever seen.
The wounded deputy was flown to Halifax Medical Center.

End of year Wrap up

So I guess it's been a while since I poseted and I owe an end of year wrap up. Lets see what changes have happened for the mercenary in the last few months....

In August I recieved a promotion from Jr. Technical Analyst to Bussiness Analyst and was assigned to a project team. That was a learning experience for me as I was no longer doing the technical stuff that was in my comfort zone but more application side projects and reports writing. It was a good learning experience for me but not something I was sure I wanted to do for very long.

Well then in November a position became available for an Operations Support Manager. I decided it would be a good opurtunity for me to move from IS to Ops Support and get more experience in other area's of the company so I applied for the position and was offered the job. So that's what I am doing now. It shoould open oppurtunites for me in a few years to move to higher positions in operations or to move back into higher postions in IS if thats what I choose. The job is going to require lots of travel though so I guess I am still wandering.

I suppose the even bigger news is that I bought a house. I guess I just finally decided that I was really going to be here for a while, what wiht my job prospects with in the company I am at as good as they appear to be and with Matt having a pretty good job near here as well. So no more renting whoo hoo. We are in the process of moving in this week which has me pretty exhausted lately since I am basically going from work to the apartment to finish clearing it out, to the house to work on stuff there, to bed.

I guess that's about it for the year end 'cap. My sister graduated in Decemebr and I went home and got to visit with family then. We spent Christmass with my Matt's family. We going skiing in mid january. That's about all from here.

The mercenary will have to try to post more often in the new year. I hope everyone has a good one.

Southern Culinary Experience

If your around Midtown Atlanta and looking for Southern Culinary Experience, visit the South City Kitchen on Crescent. Built in what apears to be on old two story house, South City Kitchen truely provides a southern dining experience.

As I am staying in Midtown Atlanta for a training seminar and a colleague had recommended the place to me, I chose to have dinner at the South City Kitchen last night. The atmosphere was pleasent. The food was exquisite.

I began the meal with biscuits and corn muffins. While the biscuits were good, they could not beat the corn muffins which were perfect.

The goat cheese in the fried green tomatoes had a mild flavor that accented the flavor of the tomatoes. Though I have never had fried green tomatoes prepared in such a way before it was truely excellent.

The pork tenderloin was perhaps the most tender piece of meat I have ever tasted. Served with potatoes, bacon and hollendaise souce it was truly an orgasmic delight.

The banana pudding was a taste of the good old fashioned south. Served with real bananas and vanilla wafers it brought me back to may childhood.

I am not sure when I had such a perfect dining expereince. Add in the waitress with the perfect southern accent and the perfect southern dining experience was complete.

Robots in Disguise

So ummm...who thought it was a good idea to let Michael Bay direct the new Transformers Movie!

Dallas

I am in Dallas right now for Trainingg. Actually we did the hit 4 parks in 2 days thing. Magic Kingdom and Epicot in one day. MGM, Animal Kingdom, and Magic Kingdom the next day. Of course we didn't do everything but we managed to get in 11 attractions the first day and a few more than that the second day.

Blayne went home proudly saying he had ridden all the mountains at Disney plus Tower of Terror and Rockin Roller Coaster. Granted the pictures we bought of Everest and Splash Mountain show quite an expression on his face.

Not that I should tease him or anything. We really should have bought the picture of my first time on Tower of Terror. I was not a fan of falling, let me tell you. That was back in December and I can proudly say that I didn't hold on for a single ride. That's quite an accomplishment for me.

On the third day they were in town we went to Cypress Gardens and rode some more rides and saw the ski show. Watching Bryan try to squeeze his knees into the wooden roller coaster was pretty funny. Actually, Bryan and Renee were pretty funny on all the thrill rides we rode the entire weekend. Matt only thought I was bad the first time I rode some of those rides. On one ride I hard Bryan ask Renee "Are your eyes open?" To which she responded, "Of course not."

Well anyway on the 4th and finale day we were supposed to go abck to Cypress Gardens and hit the water park but no one seemed to want to get moving. Ended up just hanging around the house.

It think they enjoyed their vacation though.

I know I had fun.

SAKI

My new favorite drink.

Firefly

So I just rewatched Firefly the series. All I can say is " Why was this cancelled?" Its one of the best shows I have ever seen. Hell even Matt loves it and he was not a fan of Joss's from the Buffy days.

The show is such a great commentary on humanity.

Now I have to go buy Serenity so I can see it again. Hard to find it in stores now. i meant o buy it earlier but never got around to it. I'll order it online if I have to.

Weddings

Well I have spent the last to weekends at weddings.

First, on the third we attended the wedding of Matt's long time friends Chrissy and Jerry. Matt was one of the grooms men. It was cool becuase it gave him a chance to hang out with friends he doesn't see often.

THen this past weekend we went to my friends Andy and Beth's wedding in Pensecola. THat was awesome because I got to see people I haven't seen in a really long time. It was great to see everyone and we had a lot of fun although I wish I could have hungout later but Matt wasn't feeling really well. Now I have what he had. It was kind of bittersweet for me to get to see so many people I don't ever get to see for only such a short time. I was really really missing people when I left.

A+ Certification

So one of my MBOs (goals that affect whether we get our bonuses or not) at work for the first 6 months of this year is that I obtain my A+ Certification. It's on my MBOs becuase the company basically told me they wanted me to get it ASAP.

So studying for the exam is what I have been spending alot of my time doing outside of work. My boss wanted me to actually go register fo a class at PCC or something but I kind of refused to do that. So I got a course on CD from one of the other people at work.

The annoying thing about the course on CD is that I have to sit down and watch all of the video sections even though I already know most of this stuff from past exeperience. There is just enough stuff that I don't know, that I have to watch everything to find the 1 or 2 facts in each segment that I don't know. It's very time consuming. (Just the hardware section is 55 hours of material.)

The guy giving the lectures talks to you like you are three and repeats himself alot. I want to shoot him most of the time. The other part of the time I want to shoot myself so I don't have to listen to him anymore. But I only have a few sections left on the hardware and then I get to move the software. Then I plan to review and take the exam.

Oh and then I get to pick what the next certification I am going for will be.

Ah the joys of being an IT professional.

V for Vendetta is the best movie I have seen all year!

Those of you who know me know that thats saying something since I tend to watch a lot of movies. (Though not as many as before since I have to pay for them now.)

I thought V was going to be the typical based on a comic book movie. You know, a little out of this world, a lot of action, not necessarily any real message or meaning but fun to go watch. (I really only went to see it last night becuase Matt picked it out as the best of the choices I gave him.) I was wrong! (And how often do I admitt that.)

The movie was very well done and very set in reality. I have no idea how close it comes to being true to the comic book since I have never heard of it much less read it. But I think it has a message to which people should pay attention. I won't say anything else because I don't want to give away any spoilers.

All I will say is, GO SEE V for Vendetta!

New Job, Life, and Stuff

So my new job is going well although it has been pretty hectic for the last three weeks. There are supposed to be 3 help desk analysts but one has not been hired yet and the other has been on paternity leave so its been just me. I can't imagine how much time I am going to have to get things done once we are fully staffed.

Paychecks are nice. Once I pay off some stuff I put on my credit card this past 6 months I am going to be set.

I have been sick off and on since November which has really sucked. It got pretty bad in January when I had bronchitus and then had strep throat with in two weeks of each other. I think I got bronchitus again after the strep but my body seems to have faught it off mostly although I still caugh now and again. I think I am finally starting to feel better and have a little more energy.

We moved our 55 gallon salt water fish tank up here last weekedn and the fish seem to be doing well. I was worried about them the first couple days they were in the tank up here because they didn't seem to be eating but they seem to have gotten over the shock and appear to be back to normal.

Other than that there is not much to tell. Matt and I spent Christmas at his parents house and gots of cool stuff like Mr Beer brewing kit and many other great things. WE spent New Years at home becuase I was pretty sick with sinusitus that was trying to go into bronchitis. Finally I went and got some antibiotics.

Lets seeafter new years what happened.

I put in more resumes until the point that I thought no one would ever call me back for an interview. About the point where I was dispearing we left town to go skiing with Matt's family as that was one of our Christmas presents.

THe SKi trip went well. I manged to learn to wedge and to parralel a bit and I made it up the chair lift with out dropping my pole. If I see you in person you should ask me about skiing my first real green.

Got back from the ski trip with the best news indeed. I have three job interviews this week. Well actually one was today, one is friday, and they are supposed to call me back to sdet up the other one once they know what date is good for them. This was decided a week ago Sunday and Matt moved on WED. Then I came up this past Sunday. We are living in a dinky little one bedroom apartment.
Mike keeps trying to tell Matt and even myslef that we will be here more then two months and we keep telling him we have no intention of staying here more then two months. He thinks he can just keep pushing Matt until he forces him to do what he wants. But Matt has an agreement with his dad to go back to working in Jupiter in two months when two houses that Matt will be in charge of come out of permitting. He does not want to stay here and neither do I really. Especially not in this dinky apartment.

Whoohoo back online

Well the phone service is finally back and the DSL we were supposed to have cancelled two months ago is working. I could reset up the router but that would be alot of work for something if the cable comes back soon. We shall see. I got up early and went with Matt up to work because his dad asked me to. They had one house that had just been roofed right before the storm. It lost almost all of its shingles. We spent the morning piling them up so someone could go back with a wheelbarrow and take them to the dumpster. Then we went out to another house that is almost finished to cleanup the damage there. It had a glass door that was busted in. This let lots of dirt and leaves get blown intot he house that had to be cleanuped.

We got the chain for the chaninsaw sharpened while we were out and then went home a little early and watched a DVD since we now had power.

Freaking Rich people

(Backdated because I couldn't post with no internet access becasue of WIlma)
So today we slept in a bit since Matt's parents had finsihed cleaning up our lawn yesterday while we were gone. The day dawned with the neighbor who hadn't wanted any generators thenight before after asking for three and then who had only bought one, coming back and asking if we had two more. Matt's mom said she came over before anyone was even up at the house (well other then Matt's dad who leaves for work at 4am). We sold her the one we had left. Then we had to listen to her complain that she needed to write the check to Matt's Dad's company and needed a reciept on letterhead so she can put it in with her claim to FEMA. I think we all started smoking on that one, and I know steam came through Matt's dad's ears when we told him that one. He will not put it thorough his company because we did not make a profit off of these and it would screw up his books. I don't think he will ever help anyone again.

It might be different if these were poor people. But anyone who lives in this neighborhood is not poor. They can afford the cost of these generators at the drop of a hat. The fact that they are even making FEMA claims boils my blood. FEMA should be for people who really need help. Not for people who lost some trees and had to throw out some food becuase it went bad.

After all that we went to Dan's to help him cleanup his yard. We did as much as we could until the chinsaw chian got ruined. That was caused by a nighbor who asked us to help him cut his chainsaw free but whatever on that one. Those guys were as holes. I will not go back and help Dan cleanup anymore though. He was raking while I dragged limbs. Raking is the least priority people. I'm not doing all the ahrd work for someone else who is capable of doing it.

Gas RUN

(This post was backdated because I could not post at the time due to Wilma)

Today we got up early and left for Lakeland which is three hours away and had only lite damage from the storm. Our nighbors were trying to get generators and couldn't find them and Matt's brother was able to get several in Lakeland. Plus we needed gas or we wouldn't be able to run our generator much longer even only running it for part of the day.

We were able to get 7 generators and 24 5-gallon OSHA safe cans of gas in Lakeland. WE had to go to 2 differnt gas stations to feel the cans because the limit on the gas card pay at the pump is $100 and the guy at the first station would not override it inside. The second guy had not problem doing it.

Do you know what its like driving back with a truck full of gas into an area where only a handfull of gas stations are open do to poweroutage and everyone wants gas. Its not fun and its not pretty. Every truck we passed that could see into the truck bed was eyeing us. Not to mention a trailer full of generators. We didn't want to stop anywhere near the turnpike. WE had nothing for defense except for a CO2 powerd BB gun. THats not a comfortable feeling.

Then when we got home with all this, the neighbor who had asked us to get three generators for her wasn't sure she wanted even one anymore. You see the powere was on in part of the neighborhood and they were sure it was justs minutes away from us too. Remind me not to ever help anyone again. If you ask someone to buy something expensive for you don't backout of it when they get back with it.

Anyway after driving us all crazy for a couple hours she took one and we sold all but one to other neighbors. We sold them including 2 cans of gas for less then half the price the same generator was being sold for in town. They were price gaugung like hell.

Day 2 of cleanup

(This post was backdated becuase I had no internet access due to Wilma)
After going to bed early because there was no powere and nothing to do lastnight we got up about 8:30-9am ish. Thus began the main cleanup of our house since most of yesterday was spent clearing the road.

Matt's dad had called. He had gone to west palm to check out his job sites for damage and had picked up a generator. DAn came over and wanted Matt to go with him to look for them a generator so they left also with the plan of getting ice to put in the fridge until Matt's dad got back with our generator.

That left Matt's mom and I to start on the cleanup. We started with the screen room and had most of it picked up before Matt returned. He helped us get the rest of it done and then I went for a swim to fish the pieces that were sunk to the bottom of the poool out. Actually I got in and got the stuff out of the shallow end but decided I wasn't sticking my head under the water to fish the stuff out of the deep. I used the pool broom to lift them and got that out.

By the way, the water was freezing. WE had that cold front come in after the storm. Good thing to. Otherwise we would have been miserable without a/c.

After I took a quick shower to get any bacteria from the pool off of me we went back to work on clearing trees. Matt's dad had come home and Matt and he had set the generater up by this point. However, we needed more gas so Matt went with Dan to get some from one of Dan's dads job sites. So Matt's dad and I started on the tree on the side of the house and Matt's mom came and helped us. Several hours later Matt and Dan came back and helped us finish up. Matts truck came in useful; again.

Here is a little hint of advice though guys. Don't tell me I'm going to hurt myself lifting something. I'm not going to try to pick it up unless i think I can. If I start to pick it up and realize i can't, I won't do it. I am a strong independent woman who is used to doing for herself. Wilma was here. We were able to peek out of the bathroom door to the back patio durring the storm and can say that we had lost the screen room before 7:30 am. We lost the satellight single around 8 am but were still able to watch cable until we lost power around 8:30 am. Then began along time of sitting in the dark where the only entertainment was going open the door and look out at the storm. Matt kept telling us he was going to walk around the house to check on his truck and I kept telling him that if he got killed walking out in the storm I was going to have him resurrected just so Io could kill him again.

Finally the eye got here and we went out for about 15 minutes or so to check on the buiklding and the cars. Nearly every tree had lost all of its branches but luckily it was durring the first part of the storm so the winds blew them away from the house. Also the cars were surrounded by trees but none of them appeared to be damaged.

Then it was back into the house for round 2 with Wilma. Since the house was now sheltering the back door area from most of the winds we stood at the door alot to watch the storm. Nest time we need some clear shutters in strategic places so we can see more of the storm. Anyway we took some 60 sec video and photos of the wind sweeping down the canal behind the house. When I have time and internet access later I will have to post them.

We were out of the house as soon as it shifted from hurricane force winds to tropical storm force winds. This was a little after noon I think. I'm not sure though. We took about an hour to walk the neighborhood and check out the damage. I took lots of photos.

Then it was time for cleanup to begin. Our driveway was blocked in on both sides and the street was completely in passible. You can see it in the pictures when I get them posted. So job number one was clearing our driveway, the street, and helping our neighbors clear their driveways. This took all day. We were out there until dark. We were dragging limbs by hand and pulling hugh limbs with Matt's truck. That should be an add for a Chevy Commercial.

Then we came in to quick showers to try to make the hot water last as long as possible. We went to Dan's and he cooked us frank and beans, chili, and chicken marsala for dinner on his grill.

I have one final comment for that day for all you assholes who sat around and watcvhed your neighbors clear the fucking road, GET OFF YOUR FUCKING LAZY ASSES and HELP. THe road is not going to clear itself and the city won't be through for a while. And if you can't help becuase of a physical condition, maybe you could offer your neighbors who are working a drink of water or a beer. But don't be a fucking shithead and ask people if they are getting paid to do that and when they say no say, "Well I've got some work you can do over here in my yard" And don't push limbs that were cleared off the road back into it just becasue they are on the edge of your lawn. There is a l0t of debre. If you want to be bale to drive down the road it has to go somewhere assholes.

Well Wilma is finally on her way

At least that is what we were told last night before bed. They finally put Florida under a Hurricane warrning.

What i wanted to do today was to go shop for a costume for the Pimp and Ho party one of our friends is haing on Friday. After all If I have to go to the dang theing I will be the best dresssed person there.

What I did insteaed was spend all day doing hurricane preparations. We had all already filled our gas tanks so we didn't have to worry about that. What we had to do was put the shutters up and get everything outside the house secure. At least the shutters finally came. They installed the hardware before Katrina and said they would bring the shutters later. We didn't know that meant several weeks later.

Shutters suck to install. If I do it again I will make sure I have gloves. Not a one of us, Matt, his mom, or I, escaped without slicing up our hands.

Then we had to secure everything on the back patio. Some of the patio furniture is in the pool now but nothing metaql can go in it. So lots of it is in the kitchen now. Also all the plants and stuff had to come in.

Oh and lets not forget Mike's SUNFISH. Yes thats right, we now have a sailboat sitting in the hallway. It's a houseboat now. Well at least we can paddle it to the cars when the house floods.

Here comes another one!

Well Wilma is on the way. The scribe one was the closest but I still didn't like it. So I took a little time to edit it a bit today. What do you think?

I know, I know it still needs some work. I'm not sure about the background color. I like the dar red better then the pattern that was there before though. I tried black first but it seemed to dark. I'm still working on it.

I also added an area for links in the side bar and got rid of the graphic titles for archives and Recent posts as they were in a script that didn't match the rest of the page. Very inconsistant. Tisk. Tisk. As a result of your cold, calculating rationality, your introversion (and ability to keep quiet), your brutality, and your arrogance, you would make a very cunning serial killer. You care very little for the feelings of others, possibly because you are not a very emotional person. You are also very calculating and intelligent, making you a perfect criminal mastermind. Also, you are a very arrogant person, tending to see yourself as better than others, providing you a strong ability to perceive others as weak little animals, thus making it easier to kill them. In short, your personality defect is the fact that you could easily be a sociopath, because you are calculating, unemotional, brutal, and arrogant. Please don't kill me for writing mean things about you!

To put it less negatively:

1. You are more RATIONAL than intuitive.

2. You are more INTROVERTED than extroverted.

3. You are more BRUTAL than gentle.

4. You are more ARROGANT than humble.

Compatibility:

Your exact opposite is the Hippie.

Other personalities you would probably get along with are the Spiteful Loner, the Smartass, and the Capitalist Pig.

If you scored near fifty percent for a certain trait (42%-58%), you could very well go either way. For example, someone with 42% Extroversion is slightly leaning towards being an introvert, but is close enough to being an extrovert to be classified that way as well. Below is a list of the other personality types so that you can determine which other possible categories you may fill if you scored near fifty percent for certain traits.

The other personality types:

The Emo Kid: Intuitive, Introverted, Gentle, Humble.

The Starving Artist: Intuitive, Introverted, Gentle, Arrogant.

The Bitch-Slap: Intuitive, Introverted, Brutal, Humble.

The Brute: Intuitive, Introverted, Brutal, Arrogant.

The Hippie: Intuitive, Extroverted, Gentle, Humble.

The Televangelist: Intuitive, Extroverted, Gentle, Arrogant.

The Schoolyard Bully: Intuitive, Extroverted, Brutal, Humble.

The Class Clown: Intuitive, Extroverted, Brutal, Arrogant.

The Robot: Rational, Introverted, Gentle, Humble.

The Haughty Intellectual: Rational, Introverted, Gentle, Arrogant.

The Spiteful Loner: Rational, Introverted, Brutal, Humble.

The Sociopath: Rational, Introverted, Brutal, Arrogant.

The Hand-Raiser: Rational, Extroverted, Gentle, Humble.

The Braggart: Rational, Extroverted, Gentle, Arrogant.

The Capitalist Pig: Rational, Extroverted, Brutal, Humble.

The Smartass: Rational, Extroverted, Brutal, Arrogant. If we move to Lakeland it will proabably be longer then 6 months, possibly for a couple years. Matt's brother came up on the salary he is willing to pay Matt to start working up there and Matt told him he would do it but that he didn't think his dad wanted him to and he wouldn't say yes until he knew waht his dad had in mind. This is the problem with working in a family bussiness, especially a family bussiness where no one communicates.

Meanwhile, Matt went to Lakeland last Tuesday and Wenesday and I went with him since Robin (his sister in-law) had asked if I want to come up with him and hang out at their house while Matt was at work. We came back to Springs on Wenesday night. Then Matt had to return to Lakeland Saturday night to work Sunday on the pad for his brothers house. I went with him again and actually got bribed into helping them for 5 hours on Sunday. Hard back breaking work. I have to get into better shape, I have been so sore since then. At least I have enough of a tan now that I didn't burn out in the sun the way Mike (Matt's brother) did. We returned Monday night. Matt is supposed to leave tomarrow morning to go back to Lakeland through at least Saturday.

I'm begining to think that at least if we moved to Lakeland, I might get to see Matt more often and he wouldn't be exhaousted by driving. Of course, then they would proabably decide to send him to Jupiter or Tallahassee at least every other week depending on if he is still at his Dad's beck and call or only Mike's.

I just wish someone would figure out what we are doing and let me know something. And I mean some form of Long Term Plan please.

Sampson's Numerology thing

Ok. I got this from Sampson who got it online at 123 Numerology

Angele, your Life Path of 8 ...

You are a natural born winner who is destined to make a lot of money. You are confident, charismatic and most comfortable in dealing with practical, down-to-earth affairs. You are blessed with an extraordinary drive and ambition as well as a fierce competitive spirit that gives you a definite edge in career and business.

You thrive best in a job that has a predictable routine and a tall social ladder to climb. You take great pride in your physical appearance and often appear very attractive to the opposite sex, which is only a hazard if the romance happens on the job. You have excellent taste in clothes and know how to gain the focus of an entire room of strangers.

You don't have much patience with people who are dreamy or mystical in nature and are a rationalist at heart. You believe that an effect follows a definite cause and that logic and efficiency is what produces results in life. You are ruled by head and not your heart, especially in matters of business. Sometimes this gives you a bit of a reputation for being cut throat. Sometimes you are not so much respected as feared by those that you lead.

You are also the most status conscious of all of the numbers and aspire to be a pillar of the community. However, one of your life challenges might be to learn how to share your wealth in a truly philanthropic way rather than try to appear charitable for appearance's sake.

Your will and determination to succeed is unrivalled by any other number. Once you conceive of an idea you have absolutely no problem sticking with it and seeing it through to completion even if it takes a number of years. Often you win at the game of life because you had the tenacity to be the last man standing.

You tend to be connected more to material wealth than spiritual wealth and to lust more than sex. Many of you marry for social reasons or because the individual seems right for the position of spouse. Your family unit often conceals a lot of secrets as when these relationships do not work out, you cannot bear the humiliation of separation or divorce. Although you have a lot of courage in other areas of your life you often don't have the courage to end a bad relationships for fear of what others might think.

Often the strength of your personality is overwhelming for those who come into contact with you. This strong personality is fantastic when it comes to career but it can damage your relationships with family and friends. Many 8's do not have real friends but rather a collection of individuals who admire their power. Likewise there is a tendency for your family or children to feel neglected as your career takes precedence over their emotional demands. One of your life challenges is to avoid dedicating your entire life to material success and allowing for spontaneity and love in your life.

You are also very athletic and likely to be good at sports. As you like to play as hard as you work you enjoy any past time that is competitive including golf, chess, equestrian pursuits.

You are also a master manipulator who knows how to compel others to do your will. Often you are an employer or a land owner who is responsible for the livelihoods of many other people.

Being a wise provider is the way that you can most benefit others.

The wandering continues

Ok. I felt like my one post was lonely and I needed to make more. Thats done now so...

back to the Tales of the Wandering Mercenary!

And my wandering may continue.
I just got settled in her in Coral Springs and was about to start considering looking for a job and such. Now I've been told Matt's brother wants him to move to Lakeland. So my plans are on hold until I find out whats going on. Matt doesn't like how little his brother wants to pay him but he'll go if his dad tells him to do so. But only under the condition that he's back here in 6 months to start his training in the office so he can open his own branch in the next year or so. So if we do move again will proabably be moving twice in the next 6 months and then again another 6 months or so from that.
